The ROMPRO team – Romanian for Romanian in The Netherlands, shared joy and luck with both Romanians and Dutch, distributing the story of “ Martisor” along with 1000 “ martisoare” and threads.
We’ve mailed over 600 martisoare to those who wanted to share with their colleagues and friends the spring symbol.
400 martisoare have been distributed to :
- Romanian School of Amsterdam
- Romanian Church from Aalsmeer
- Romanian Party “ Ladies night Party” from Amsterdam (4th of March)
- The concert of Mihai Scarlat Assembly from Hilversum (5th of March)
Party “ Martisor and a Lucky, joyful spring”!
We celebrated through music and dance together with our team, friends, the Foundation supporters and lots of wonderful children and teenagers during our party “ Martisor and a Lucky Spring!” from 11 March in Amstelveen.
During the party we enjoyed also a little workshop of mambo & salsa. Ger & Alice Mittelmeijer, the owner of the location, took us for a bit in their world through dance steps.
Also, we opened again the opportunity to give a book away and to buy one of the books or CD-s donated by the others invitees.
