This is a practical and interactive workshop, walking through a process that can be used when we need to come up with a solution to any problem, either at work, or at home. You will learn to combine creative and practical thinking in an orderly manner for quick and innovative results.
Tudor Mihai, consultant and facilitator of business innovation, will host this worshop. He has gained experience by helping multinationals to innovate, but also helping start-ups to roll out. InnovatingSociety.com, the first innovation consulting firm in Romania, has recently started.

In this workshop we will talk about the emotional and cognitive process of migration that each migrant passes through: what integration means in a new culture, what are the tools that can help us in the integration process and where and when we can use them.
Dana Popa is a transcultural system therapist, family and relationships, part of the Center voor Geestelijke Gezondheidszorg Center in Leiden and her private office, working with couples, families and individuals. It will be an interactive workshop, the participants being invited and encouraged to take an introspection, answer some questions, add questions themselves to a panel. “The journey” will be divided into three parts: what I would like to have, what stops me from having what I want, what I miss to have what I want.
Bogdan Androne, a Romanian from Galati was adopted by Spain and he is in love with the Netherlands. In 2012 he moved to Leiden and works at Van Dijk Flora Leiden. Personal development and inter-human relations are his passions. In recent years, he has followed several courses in this field and also he was a coach in a leadership program at the same school.
Following his passion, he was accepted this year to present a personal development tool at the annual US “Conference for Global Transformation”. The theme of this year’s conference is “Listening for Fulfillment,” and the subject of his presentation is “The journey from resignation to being something!”

How does it work? You can choose any of the following six workshops. Please make sure that you have purchased the festival entrance tickets in the same time frames as the workshops.
