Team
Internal organisation
Everyone has an important role, a say in the team, and together we will find the best way forward (poldermodel). The contribution of members is essential to achieve the objectives and organise quality activities.
For the proper functioning, the teams will draw up an annual plan, based on the established objectives, defining the responsibilities of each function.
The executive team, made up of the coordinators of all teams, will meet monthly (virtually or not) to prepare the activities on the agenda and to develop and implement the work plan.
