Seven years ago we set off together, full of enthusiasm, eager to get to know each other and to come together in a community of Romanians in the Netherlands where we could harmoniously blend the culture from which we come with the values and realities of the place where we moved.

Now, in 2022, one of our dreams is coming true. On 6 August we will participate for the first time with a Romanian boat in Pride Amsterdam. 

We will dance and sing for the right to be who you want to be. The ROMPRO boat will have the motto "East, West, Love's Best" and will carry the Romanian tricolor through the canals of Amsterdam, along with our message of support for all those who face hardship because of their sexual identity or orientation.
