Participation of Romanian Vibes 2020 exhibitors

We invite you to join us at the Romanian Vibes festival that will take place on 17 May 2020 in Amsterdam. Romanian Vibes is one of the biggest festivals dedicated to Romanians in the Netherlands and it is at its 3rd edition! See here past editions. During the festival there will be:

• Fair for Romanian products and services presentation
• Traditional Romanian food & barbecue
• Activities and Creative workshops for children organised by Romanian School Amsterdam 
• Promoting tourism in Romania
• Book and reading corner organised by Romanian Library Amsterdam
• Cinema corner, Quiz, raffles and other surprise attractions
• Graffiti live show / Dj & music
• Bonfire/ Party

Possibilities to participate as an exhibitor in the festival 

•  Stand at the Fair for products and services presentation
• Special "advertising space" for promotion during the festival: flyers, business cards, billboards
• Romanian catering and barbecue. Registration for catering & BBQ will be after 20 March. The packages below do not refer to catering & barbecue. We will be back soon with details.

Exhibitor participation packages for the festival

Package details:

• 1/2 day entry tickets to the event
• Appearance in the Publicity Space: special space set up during the festival where you can promote your business with flyers and business cards (shared space)
• stand at the Fair : table ( size 2/0.8 m) where you can display your products or business. If you do not need a table we can provide you with an open space (3/3m) where you can present your business in a more interactive way (please mention this choice in the registration form, there is no extra cost).
• Goody Bag : surprise 🙂
• Business promotion : During the festival we will promote the business on monitors and projectors by displaying logos/ images/ videos. Of course online materials and logo will be sent to the organisers at least 3 weeks before the event.
• Long term commitment (Business Friend ROMPRO) : the big advantage is that you automatically become Business Friend for 2020 (banner on the website www.rompro.nl all year round and promotion once a year on the ROMPRO facebook page - a reach of 3000 people) and you also benefit from participating in Romanian Vibes.

Advantages of participating as an exhibitor

• first of all you can enjoy the festival and all the activities during the days
• the chance to promote your business idea
• product sales or service promotion, depending on your business
• the possibility to find partner companies and, why not, employees
• the opportunity to exchange ideas and opportunities
• For companies that are not able to physically attend the event but want visibility and promotion, it is possible to register in the "Advertising Space" section - a common space specially set up to promote billboards, flyers and business cards.
• Companies offering jobs can register in the "Job offers" section: a special space set up for this section where demand meets supply of jobs. Companies that have opted for one of the above-mentioned packages have access to this section. 
• The participation of religious organisations and political parties is welcome!

Package discounts

You can benefit from package discounts in the following situations:

• ROMPRO Business Friends (2019) who participated in the last edition of Romanian Vibes and exhibitors who participated in 2019 Romanian Vibes receive a discount of 25% for the 'Basic & Promo' or 'Business Friends' package.
• Business Friends ROMPRO (2020) receive a discount of 75% for the Business Friends package
• Foundations, NGOs and student associations receive a discount of 25% for the package they prefer
