Volunteers on the phone (Project completed)

Project running from 2 April to 1 November 2020.

Are you having problems during this difficult time? Are you overwhelmed by worry, loneliness or longing? Are you away from family and friends and can't find solutions to acute problems?

You can try calling the hotline, where a group of volunteers in the community are answering these phone numbers on a voluntary basis, subject to availability.

This line is not an official information centre, and does not offer immediate solutions to individual seasonal workers' problems, the purpose of this line is moral support and possibly guidance for solving acute problems. If it is an emergency, please mention it at the beginning of the call. Please remain calm and respectful in your communication. Volunteers will do their best to support and guide you to find the necessary information.
